Everyone here needs to read World War Z! I believe zombies are not rotting to the same degree as regular dead people because they are resistant to bacteria. Even then they freeze in the winter, fall apart quicker in wet climates, and people do have to deal with how terrible legless zombies are because you can’t see them as easy. Clean up after the apocalypse is “over” include teams of people going into frozen areas to kill half-frozen zombies and diving crews to destroy those underwater. Very interesting. If their bodies decompose wouldn’t their blood coagulate? And it would be impossible for them to move or do anything at all really. How are you going to wait when your government and employer are forcing you to keep working, whilst talking down nature.
